Featuring a large modern kitchen and attractive dining area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and refrigerator, as well as the usual modern small appliances.

The kitchen opens out on to a small secluded courtyard garden area with additional outside toilet with hot & cold washbasin.

A light and spacious room that runs the full length of the front of the house and includes a large bay window.

With bath, over-bath shower, wc and washbasin and electric wallmounted fan heater.

All main rooms in the house also have electric storage radiators.
