Lounge, with realistic coal effect fireA deposit of 20% is required. This is to be enclosed with the Booking Form which must be returned within 7 days of receipt. You should also print off and sign a copy of our Terms & Conditions which should be sent to us with the completed booking form.
The balance of the hire charge will be due for payment no less than eight weeks prior to the commencement date of the hire period.
The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if the full payment is not received within 21 days before the commencement of the hire period. In cases of cancellation the deposit is forfeited.
Should the holiday be cancelled, every effort will be made to re-let the property, but, if this is not possible, the hirer will be liable for the full cost of the booking period. If it is possible to re-let the property the deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of £30.00.
It is strongly recommended that you take out suitable
holiday insurance to cover your booking liabilities.
